Why Wet Shaving?A short introductionWe firmly believe that a close, burn-free shave can only be achieve with proper pre-shave preparation and the right products during and after the shave. Modern vs. ClassicLuckily, shaving "the old way" is in a comeback. At some time in their life, people, just like me, started to realize that the shaving results weren't acceptable. Shaving with the gear that's largely publicized on TV's, Ad's, with the major TVs, Movies and Sport stars doesn't provide the well-being that other products considered to be classic do. I can say this by my own experience - I bless the day I started shaving with a cream or a soap, using a brush to produce a rich, creamy, lubricant and moisturizing lather instead of a can with shave 'goo' and use a straight razor instead of a multi-blade cartridge razor. The closeness and well-being during and after the entire process is unmatched. All of a sudden, shaving has become a 'good thing to do', in fact, a 'great experience' as far as I'm concerned, unlike most men that consider shaving 'a chore and a nuisance'. The Economy and the EnvironmentThe common shaving gear like a multi-blade cartridge and the can foam can represent a significant amount of wasted money over the years. If you think about it, how much do you spend on used cartridges that you dump into the garbage or how many cans of foam do you spend? |
